I am thankful they gave me the opportunity to work here, but they have no consistency. I started in September for aep season after training we was switched back n forth 3 times between trainings and programs after aep went back to training for oep, rushed training and just throw you out on all programs the system they use are terrible. This is by far the worst place I ever worked. They do not tell you up front the compensation for sales and it's just 2 or 3 dollars. They will not tell you you come in with no pto or sick time you accumulated it when you start working. The dumbest I've ever seen every job I've worked start you off with at least 40hrs pto/sick not here. I found me another job without all this hassle. I'm too old for all these changes on 1 job. Just let me be great at what i do.
