Been with BVD for over 6yrs...they are ALWAYS kind & great prices for Internet &:cable. I had a stroke last year & was out of work for a few months. They never disconnected me. They were kind. You wouldn't get that kind of service at AT&T or Comcast. Rayne 69F

I realize this is the 1st positive review, but it is well deserved. I picked up my direct tv box, plugged it in and it did not work. I called in the issue and a rep was at my door within 5 mins. Granted he had just finished another unit in my building, but within 15 mins he had it working.

I lived at Colonial Crest and wanted the net switched over so I could get ATT. We tried to get them to talk to us for a few weeks but nothing. The leasing office admitted they're a garbage company and they'd try to help. Nothing. After calling Bloomington video and data, being super nice on the phone explaining our situation they said we've already called about it. I told them my roommates had but I had not and we hadn't heard anything yet. They told me to stop calling and they'd get to it when they could and hung up. they wouldn't answer the phone when I called them back. I had to threaten to sue CC and that "company" to get them to act. 100% ridiculous that a lawsuit makes them do their job. The second you move in anywhere sponsored by these clowns get AT&T.
