        I ordered a ring online through Kay so Im not sure it was the fault of the Bloomington store. I asked for a size 8 and got an 8.5 when it arrived in-store. The staff told me to find a ring online and order it in store next time but the online discounts that Kay offers do not make that possible for the same price. The order ended up being 40 dollars more and I wish I could have received some compensation for the mistake. I forgot to get the name of the gentleman that helped me a few times being in there but hes a G. Unfortunately will not be shopping there and if you buy from Kay, go in to the store.

        The Brittanys were both so lovely! One perfectly resized my watch and the other helped me send out my tiffany bracelet to be fixed. My appointment was at noon, but they had no issue with helping me when I got to the appointment 30 minutes early! All around a wonderful experience. Thanks again!

        So helpful and kind! My ring was broken and they were so helpful and prompt in ordering another ring so that I wouldn't have to be without it for too long. Brittany and Tora have the best customer service of any Kay we have ever been to!
