AFTER A BAD INITIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE CALL MY FAITH IN THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN RESTORED- I purchased 3 real estate stakes for my real estate sign posts- product was not compatable with my existing sign posts- So I called in to explore buying 3 sign post from them so I could use the stakes I just purchased- The phone customer service rep was unbelievably rude and had no accurate measurements to give to see if my existing sign gromets would line up with their sign post. Zero willingness to credit me the cost of the stakes if I purchased 3 whole sign post packages that would of included the stakes- SO I ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK- THANK GOD FOR KELLY WHO CALLED BACK- She was well informed, knowledgable and able to answer all questions. She directed me to the exact post needed (even had an option to buy with out the stake :) Kelly is a true asset to 4EVER PRODUCTS---then 2 hours later John in management called and also followed up on my issue. WOW great company that will make sure that the customer is treated fairly - The Quality control here is mind blowing!
