Massage Envy - Bloomington - IN - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I have been to Massage Envy several times but my most recent visit was a nightmare. The "therapist" was abusive, ordering me to "breathe," not letting me relax at all. She jerked my body around as if she were angry at me. It was traumatizing. I've been getting massages for 27yrs and never in my life have I felt so humiliated. When she left the room, she virtually did a "Bye Felicia!" Horrible, horrible place. You should avoid "WitchHazel" at all costs!

I came in with a friend back in April for the first time. As we left the lady at the desk Margret talked me into a 6 month membership. I was very hesitant at first then she said if I signed up that day for the 6 months I could bring my husband the next time for free. (I had a witness to this) Today we went in for our appointment I scheduled. As we was leaving the same lady who signed me up stopped me as we was leaving saying I owed $70 for my husband. I told her that is not what she told me when I signed up for the 6 months. Once my 6 months is up I will not be back .Lie to get people to sign up. I will pass the word for sure to stay away from this place.
