Winslow Road Marathon

I had a tire mounted today. Wonderful men working in that garage. I had to leave so they said they would set the tire out for me to pick up this evenin. when I came back around 7:30 PM, the attendant refused to give me my tire, and told me it was not there ( I could tell he did not even check). Another employee came in, so I asked him for help. He was very nice, and jumped at the opportunity to help me. He took me into the garage, and there sat my tire, in plain view with my ticket to pay. I was also informed about how horrible Brian was to every customer, as well as his fellow coworkers. The vibe your employee gives off was very toxic and uncomfortable. I love this establishment for how easy it is to have a vehicle repaired or simple tire mount and balance, but from now on if I see this employee I will avoid this place of business. The fact that he is allowed to act this way to every customer is absurd, as well as his coworkers. Thank you to everyone at this establishment, especially the wonderful gentleman that helped me get my property back so I can have transportation to work. I have never wrote a yelp review, but I was so shocked and confused in this situation, that I needed to make this particular incident be known. I even pleaded with this man, telling him I need my tire to get to work. he simply stared, and did not say anything. The fact that your employee was holding my property hostage makes me severely uncomfortable, and very skeptical about having work done without me being present for the entire process so my belongings do not get stolen or hidden by this man.

Always very helpful. Came to my house to help fix a flat tire and checked the tire.  Also put a headlight bulb in my car and charged very little.  Always nice and friendly to me when I need help with my car. The cashiers in the store are very nice and courteous.  I'll continue to go there because they are so nice and courteous!

They were very thorough and fixed my tires, but one of their employees asked for my number. I felt extremely uncomfortable and tried to avoid but he continually pressed. I then blocked him due to him making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I then received a message from him on Facebook without me giving him my last name. It is super unprofessional and I assume he went through their records to find my full name and I would not recommend going here as a young women. I then called the marathon and was repeatedly questioned by their manager about the validity of my experience. No thanks ever again. I am not sharing my name as I am fearful that one of their employees may try to reach out to me.

There seem to be a lot of homeless people and drug addicts around this area but they are nice and this Marathon has great employees and customer service. I go there multiple times a day and I get coffee, red Bull, and my cigs. Gotta start and end my day right with Winslow Road Marathon
