Took a minute but with it pouring down rain and the parking lot full, I still got hot fresh food brought out to my car!!!! Update: went again tonight. Thankfully no rain. Service was amazing but food was even better!! Culver's is an amazing place to take your family. Update 4/9/24- again amazing service but even better food!!!

The staff are friendly The interior is also clean The oil is clean and the French fries are delicious. the food is delicious

Setting the scene: It was 12:24 PM on a rainy Sunday, April 7th, 2024. Amidst a gathering of friends and a stop for food on our journey home, Culvers seemed like the perfect pit stop. The line moved swiftly, and most patrons received their orders within 20 minutes. However, despite ordering promptly and inquiring about our order's status multiple times, our food never arrived. Frustrated and hungry, we waited for over an hour before requesting our food or a refund, encountering resistance from the staff. While they eventually attempted to locate our order, the delay left us questioning: an hour wait for fast food takeout? Wheres the justice?
