I visited Andy Mohr Honda in mid-March '24 for my 2018 Honda Pilot 100,000 mile service (I'm actually at 115,000 miles). Also needed to have a safety recall item replaced, so convenient to do it all at once. My Service Advisor (Andrew Petry) was exceptional. He explained in detail what was involved in both services and how long each required, as well as the cost of the 100,000 mile service (not cheap) along with payment options in case I needed them. Since I live a distance from Bloomington, Andrew also arranged for a loaner car that came in handy as this turned into an overnight process. I'm very happy with courtesy and services offered by Andrew and the rest of the team. I felt welcomed and well treated; It was my first experience with Andy Mohr Honda, but won't be my last - they earned my long-term custom. Definitely recommend Andy Mohr for your service needs.

Terrible costumer service. Service advisors lieng to people and the supervisor and GM not doing anything about it.

Service department is awful. My van was part of the white paint recall in 2019/ 2020 and was told by the dealership to come back after the pandemic (we were within the recall). I specifically brought up that it would be after the recall period and she said no problem to bring it back and they will take care of it (again pandemic so this made perfect sense to me at the time). When I went back to have it addressed they got us all set up to have the paint fixed and then a couple days later we were notified by the service manager that we were outside of the recall period and they would not do it. I explained the situation to the service manager and he wouldnt budge. He then accused me of being wrong about the recall date on the notice provided by Honda meaning it wouldnt have been in effect at the time I contacted them in 2020 (he was wrong). I asked multiple times for it to be addressed and he would not even respond to my emails or voicemails. I sent him a photo of the recall notice that showed it was within the timeline from Honda and he didnt reply. I contacted Honda corporate and although they stated the service department at the dealership should address it that they could only make that recommendation to them. So I still have a van that has lots of missing paint and is embarrassing to drive. I would NOT recommend this dealership and recommend you save your business for one of the other many Honda dealerships with a responsible service department.
