Simply put, if you want you house to sell, you should hire Cortney. If you don't have her yet, then you should raise your realtor standards and hire her. She made the whole process go extra smooth, walked me through everything step by step and took care of the property. She was very transparent on everything to include feedbacks, comments and suggestions. She was also open to new ideas and strategies that we could try on the home during the tough market. In the end implementing her feedback on the home ensured that the house sold in a timely manner.

Courtney was just awesome. She went way beyond what any realtor should have to do to make sure our dream of moving out of our home and to the beach happened. She was very patient with us as we were high stress sellers. She even did much of the job for the very lazy realtor for our buyers! Im serious when I say this lady knows her job well and works hard to sell your house! Highly recommend!
