Good service & very nice people. Had a battery replacement for my phone and they went ahead and replaced my screen too without any cost. A very kind gesture from them & they got the service done quickly!!

I recently reported a scam involving Geek Squad and the associated was most helpful. We have used the Geek Squad services for many years and they have always been pleasant and helpful. We are very grateful for their knowledge and availability.

Extremely poor service. It took about 2 weeks to perform a simple task originally estimated to take at most 4 days. On the first day after delivering my computer, too, they accidentally closed my paperwork, meaning I had no way to check on the status of my device aside from going to the store in person. They also did not actually save ANY of my files, which was my one main request. Could not recommend this location less. If you have any other options, choose those instead.

I scheduled an appointment with Best Buy to have my refrigerator worked on today. The refrigerator is only two years old and we get a cancellation from the geek squad repair service because the individual that was being sent out to work on the refrigerator is not qualified to do it. So They had to rescheduled me with a qualified technician for Friday and they did not give me a time that I selected, one was selected for me. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again will I buy from Best Buy!!!!
