Megan is the best ever!!!!! She helped me and my fianc buy our first home and it was so easy, she not only did her job but went way above that with the education from her on the ins and outs of anything and everything. At one point the underwriters needed something right then and there and I was having issues with what they needed, because I just did not know what to do, so she showed up at my work to sit down with me to explain everything they were asking in depth!!!! She goes above and beyond in every aspect and cares about her clients like family, highly recommend Megan over at this office if you want to buy a home NOW not later!! Thank you so much Megan!

I cannot sing Bobbi Carneys praises enough! After dealing with a nightmare mortgage situation with a bank, who dropped the ball on my loan 6 days before my closing date, and informed me 3 days into my first extension after my closing date that I would need to find a different lender, I reached out to Bobbi in hopes that she could help. I knew that she had been in the business for more than 2 decades and she is very highly recommended and respected in the Bloomington area. I explained my situation and that I needed to find someone to finance my loan in a matter of weeks to not lose the sale of my home and be out of a place to live, which was chaotic during a pandemic. Bobbi was proactive, easy to talk to and explained everything to me in detail. She worked diligently and was always able to respond to me in an extremely timely manner with any question that I had. If it werent for Bobbi I would be homeless and the purchase that I had worked so hard for would have fallen through. I cant thank her enough for her help and expertise and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. Thanks to her I was able to close on my dream home and as a first time homebuyer I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for making the experience as simple and easy as possible. I am only giving her 5 stars because I cant give her 10. Thank you so much Bobbi! You truly are the best around!

Bobbi was fantastic to work with. She is knowledgeable, kind, and so easy to talk to. Buying our first home was a breeze with the help of Bobbi. Any question or concern we had, she was ready to help at the drop of the hat. She explained the entire process thoroughly, but in a way that we could understand. Thank you so much Bobbi!

Bobbi accomplished the impossible. She got me approved for the amount I needed, walked me through every step, and orchestrated a closing date way ahead of schedule. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!
