Jason is AMAZING! Words can not describe my experience with him and his assistant Jennifer. Beyond 5 stars!!!! Jason got done in two days what another loan company and a team of 5 people didn't complete in over a month. Let that sink in for a minute as it is truly telling of how WONDERFUL Jason is. When our other loan company was a nightmare I started looking around. I saw Jason's excellent reviews and his friendly smile and thought to myself this is the guy for us and boy was I right. As soon as I explained our situation Jason put me at ease and assured me we that we were in good hands. From there it was game on and Jason more than delivered. He was super calm, friendly, knowledgable, EXTREMELY EFFICIENT and DETAILED. Jason was so friendly, personable and professional all at the same time. He made this process so easy. I can not thank him enough for how efficient, effective, and fast he was at gathering all of our financial information. I know that was a few long full days for him. (Thank you so much Jason for your time and hard work). He was extremely helpful and available by phone, text and email. He kept us updated and let us know what to expect though the entire process. He really saved me from having a nervous breakdown with this other company. Jason was out of town for few days and Jennifer didn't miss a beat and picked up the email gathering of info. Jason even responded to me while on vacation. Totally not necessary or expected, yet greatly appreciated. This was top notch service all around. I highly recommend Jason. Save yourself time for looking any further and if you want the hassle free exceptional service Jason is the one for you. If we need any mortgage loan services in the future we will definilty be back.
