Was approved when working 30 hours. Than when we was ready get house he said we need full 40 and denied and lied he ever approved me at 30 hours even tho i have text and my realtor confirmed it as well. No communication at all. Worst experience ever. Jon was so unprofessional. Never responded or kept me updated. like we werent good enough for him so we got treated less than. Showed 4 weeks of 40 hours. I missed 40 minutes out of those 4 weeks do to my kid being ill. They told me it was fine as long as I had legimate reason. That was a lie. Honestly just big waste of my time. So unprofessional. Was strung along for way to long waste of money. Jonathon was the worst!!!!!! I see alot people say good things about him. So why where we treated so differently??

Very professional, after reviewing several options for essentially the same loan we were easily able to decide based on the structure of the loans which was going to be the best fit for us and our new forever home, can't wait to work with wells again as I'm looking for income properties.
