The staff really care about the residents here, taking time to talk with them and address any concerns or questions. Therapy does an amazing job getting people up and moving to help them meet personal goals.

My mother was not here very long, however I will rave about the rehab/therapy here. She is the type of woman that needs to be encouraged to give effort and not allowed to just stay in bed for her "reason of the day". The therapists were outstanding and kept her moving. The facility certainly needs updating but the staff and therapy team really went out of their way to accommodate us not just quickly but they listened. 5 stars to therapy. The need for an update drags the rating down.

My grandfather was at Bloomington Care Center on the dementia unit. The staff was so kind and caring. When my grandfather passed away, the staff helped us in anyway they could. If we needing anything they were quick to help. I would recommend this facility for your loved ones if they can't be at home.

I have worked here for 3 years. There have been a lot of good changes here in that time. New furniture and flooring for resident rooms. Staff do a great job of meeting the clinical, mental, and psychosocial needs of our residents. The Therapy here is second to none with great outcomes. We are always identifying areas of concern and working to correct those issue.
