        I made a terrible decision to live at The Mercury apartments. They fined me and my roommate over $900 for one of our guests dropping a beer bottle in the lobby due to damages caused to the concrete floor. They will charge you for anything and everything. Be prepared to pay an extra couple grand for living there and dont expect to see a dime of your security deposit. The property manager, Amy, was very sweet and always quick to help. The leasing manager, however was disrespectful. Overall, living there was an awful experience. Ive rented from multiple companies throughout my time in Bloomington and never had any problems. I highly recommend finding another company to rent from.

        Rented a Studio Apartment at Park North for 6 months. Friendliest Office Staff I've ever rented from. I surprisingly received my full security deposit back too.
