Chris Berg helped us find our dream home. We moved to the area from NYC, and had very little knowledge of the local neighborhoods. Chris took the time to understand us as a couple and as a family and with him infinite knowledge, helped us navigate the local area and narrow down our search to fit out specific needs. He kept us from jumping on a home that really didn't suit us, and then went to battle for the house we wanted. I can't recommend a better person to have on your side!!!

Chris has worked with us on three occasions twice to buy and once to sell. We were working with multiple seller's agents when we first migrated to the region and he was an absolute standout at listening to and understanding our needs and tailoring our buying experience. He's extraordinarily resourceful and knowledgeable about the region with a great team of inspectors, photography, and contractors. Him depth of experience was priceless when we were touring homes, watching the market, and preparing to list our home for sale. He was an enthusiastic and realistic consultant at every step of the process.

my husband and I have bought and sold several homes as we moved around the southeast.
Chris was the 7th realtor we worked with so we have some points of comparison. Chris was "AMAZING".
We were looking for land to build a home and Chris was able to advise us every step of the way. He knew all  the right questions to ask. And, more than that - he knew: who to ask, what to do based on the answer, when and how much to push on something.
He made great recommendations on builders to consider and connected us with a designer and other folks who could provide insight and assistance.

Buying a home in the next neighborhood is stressful. But buying a home from 600 miles away like we did is on another level. That’s why it’s so important to have a real estate agent you can trust, like Chris Berg. Over the course of numerous phone calls and Face Time sessions, we quickly developed a warm relationship with Peggy. He helped us understand what we were looking for by asking smart questions. He cast a wide and comprehensive net to find houses that fit what we wanted. When he would visit them on our behalf, he would meticulously draw our attention to things we loved, as well as current and potential issues. And once we found the house of our dreams, Chris fiercely defended our interest during the negotiating and due diligence process. Though one of us finally flew down to see the house, we would have felt comfortable buying it sight unseen based solely on Chris’s review. He is a true professional: knowledgeable, hard-working and passionate about going above and beyond for him clients. He worked tirelessly to hire contractors, arranging for the floors and carpeting to be installed before we moved in. He even went to see a house for us after running a marathon!
