I very much enjoyed working with Pilar. She is an extremely diligent realtor - you would get immediate replies from her on any issues even if it is after hours. On top of that, Pilar is a very kind, responsible and professional realtor to work with, and she will strive to negotiate the best price for you. Anyone who goes through this overwhelming experience could be very stressful, but Pilar has surely guided me through all those steps smoothly. The support we received from Laura Stevens during our home buying process was really remarkable. She is so knowledgeable and provided us great guidance throughout our home buying journey. We worked with her on a cross country relocation, so we were unable to be in town for much of the process. She went above and beyond with supporting our needs and providing thorough communication. Pilar Taylor is an amazing realtor. She was so responsive, knowledgeable about houses, and never pushed us towards houses that wouldnt have been a good fit for us. We took a long time to find a place and as first-time home buyers were worried about every little thing, but she patiently guided us through it all. Our situation was a little complicated since we were buying from a relocation company, but she was very detail-oriented and thorough, so the whole closing process went so smoothly. We highly recommend her!
