        When I say we would not survive without Robert, I mean it. He really looks out for us, and anytime we have an issue, its fixed within the day. Sweetest guy on property. He is just one of the few amenities that make living here so enjoyable.

        The management at State is unmatched, they really take care of their residents and go above and beyond always! Tabby, the property manager is alway super attentive & ensures that were always comfortable, safe and happy. Robert, the maintenance man is very sweet, cares a lot about our comfort, is very helpful & takes care of things without us having to ask. All in all, I couldnt ask for a better student living experience!
