This was our second year using Cummins Bookkeeping and we will not be returning as a customer. The first year was fine, no issues. However, this year our taxes were outsourced to H&R Block and it was an absolute nightmare. First they said they didn't have our W2, but I dropped it at the office. People wouldn't call us back. They double charged us and I had to call my bank to fix this issue. Then they wrote down and filed the taxes using the wrong bank account number and said they couldn't help me. Called yesterday to talk to a manager and never got a call back.

Jeff is the best. I'm currently a long distance customer, but I hope to be a long time customer. I would definitely recommend Cummins Bookkeeping to friends and family.
