        Didnt make it to the lake but hiked 2 miles in with my pups and then turned around. Saw families doing the trail so would rate moderate due to some steeper incline

        Decent trail through the woods. The views along the trail aren't amazing, it's very dense forest, but there are a few sections where you overlook the lake in the distance. If you take the trails all the way down to the peninsula there are some very nice camp sites right on the water. Sunset and sunrise on this point is very nice.
