        I have contacted B&B a few times about setting up new service at our home in Bloomington. Whether it was turning the water on, turning it off for plumbing work, questions about service - the admin and service staff at B&B have been responsive and helpful.

        This is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Infinity, Att, everything you have experienced horrible, you will find worse with them. They have a couple witch old ladies that were working and hopefully are under their bridges now since you dont hear or see if them as much if you call or go there. Dont expect anything friendly or helpful. Do everything you can to avoid their services.
