        Everyone at Redwood was ready for my arrival. Paperwork was easy through the website portal. Reminders were sent to me as to what I needed to do as my next step which was extremely helpful. Thank you Redwood staff! I am glad to be home again in Indiana.

        My move in experience has been really lackluster here, which is disappointing because I do like my unit. Initially, Redwood was not willing to be flexible with my move-in date by ONE DAY without wanting to charge me for $50+ more in rent. Then, the day before my move-in, the office called me to reschedule it to be virtual, and on move-in day I didn't hear from anyone until I reached out. Once I paid my fees and got to my unit, there were only keys inside- no move-in information or other welcome gift. The apartment itself is nice, but I definitely don't feel welcomed or attended to for the $$$ I'm spending.
