Jessica was professional and efficient with our transaction. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes with a process that took well over 30 min at a different branch! Great experience!

Extremely disappointed in this branch. They charge you $32 anytime money is pulled from the account that puts you below 0 EVEN WHEN THE MONEY DOES NOT END UP COMING OUT. This is not my main account, so I dont typically check it outside of making my loan payment. I had an unauthorized charge for $100 hit my account, which was promptly blocked and reversed. Brownsburg IMCU still hit my account for two $32 fees. The account hit -0 from the two fees they smacked me with, and not the actual unauthorized payment itself. Upon calling and asking for the fees to be reversed, they refused as it had happened once before in August of LAST YEAR. Ive had this account over 10 years. I would understand their stance if this was a frequent occurrence, but its clearly not if the last time this happened was 7 months ago. The manager needs to really review these policies while Im lucky that losing $64 wont make or break my wallet, others might not be able to take that kind of hit. This branch is going to start losing customers and accounts if this is the hill they choose to die on.
