        1st visit made me feel at home and welcome. Office and staff highly professional and efficient. Dr. Jack Swartout was great! Make the right choice if you're looking for a dental office on the west side.

        Well, in my opinion it was a bad experience. I have not been to Dentist in years and they were aware. The young lady did my teeth cleaning was very nice but the Dentist came for 2 seconds and left. I was not warned that my teeth would hurt for 3 days after. My teeth hurt so bad. I only had a cleaning. I left a voice mail for them and never received a call back. I will be seeking new Dentist.Even the my voicemail was Blunt there was no follow up call. Just a reply when I gave a bad review. Not recommended

        Dr. Jack is absolutely amazing! He took time during his family vacation to contact my son during an emergency - impacted wisdom teeth infection - and order up meds. BLESS YOU!

      Elisha. We are sorry that your appointment yesterday was not a good one. As you stated, it had been several years since your last appointment. It is not uncommon to have soreness after not having your teeth professionally cleaned in that amount of time. Your dental exam time seemed to be of an adequate length when you stated that all questions had been answered and we talked about your treatment needs. The voicemail that was left for us overnight was very blunt that you would not want to come back and that you wanted all appointments cancelled. We felt that your wishes were honored and took care of your request. Again, sorry that we were not a good fit for you. Best of luck to you finding an office that works for you.
