Farmers Insurance - Jeffrey Crose

After nearly 10 years with Farmers, we moved to Brownsburg and just wanted to keep things simple so we stuck with Farmers. It was very difficult to get answers from the front desk or to get communication back from the agent. But we stuck with it and then settled in. Having just moved, we had changed banks and our auto payment was under our old card. No call or text, Jeff let us go without payment until we got a letter saying our policy was canceled. This was a surprise of course. We asked how we could sort things out but he said Farmers was no longer going to insure us. Instead he set us up with Bristol (which I assume was some rinks-dink substitute for people they didnt want to I sure). As we were in the process of finding new insurance (days from changing to Ohio Mutual) someone tapped the bumper of one of our cars. So we needed to make a claim as it was a 2019. Jeff was impossible to work with or get a hold of. After weeks of trying to get help I drove to the office. His daughter informed me that her dad was ill. But there was no way forward. No help. Finally Jeff answered a text. He said that he would have been willing to help us if we werent changing insurance companies. This was shocking. I cant recommend Jeff or his business.

He did not listen to what I wanted. He kept making changes until I was going to say yes but then couldn't fully explain the different quotes. Plus he put a discount on my home that I did not qualify for and did not tell him I qualified for. He and his staff do not communicate well and it took several calls to the office to get a single call back. Even when the "promised" he would call back.
