        Amanda & American Family are the absolute best for insurance and customer service ! She informed us that a discount we should have been receiving for combining insurance on our cars and home had dropped off for the past 18 months. As a result, she reinstated the correct rates on both policies and then mailed us a check for $1,100 for the discounts we should have been receiving. Her attention to our policies and prompt refund is greatly appreciated !
