        My car got stuck on the lift, i understand thats not their fault, it was just a malfunction but while i waited 3 hours there they went on to other cars & decided that even though i had an appointment they wouldnt be able to do anything to my car today. I needed brakes & i feel that is something very important to have but i had to leave without anything being done. Why could you not go back to my car considering it was an inconvenience to me that it was stuck in the air? 0/10 will not be returning.Thanks for nothing
