Dell was great to work with at Hitman Solutions. He came out to look at the property in question to provide us with a quote. Before we received the quote he sent a detailed video explaining what was causing the issue with the water in the basement. He did a great job of explaining and showing in the video how other solutions wouldn't work and what previous people had tried. He also found another issue we weren't aware, which was a cracked floor joist and repaired that as well. The quote was very detailed and explained everything that would be done and the items that weren't included in the price. I received the quote quickly and thought it was very reasonable considering the amount of extensive work that needed to be done in order to waterproof the basement. They explained I would get a call within 48 hours of the quote being signed, and I did. They said the work would be completed in the next two weeks and it was. They even came a couple days early because of the rain. Everything they said they would did they did, it was done professionally and in a timely manner. They were wonderful to work with. They even send a video of the completed work. This is the only place I would work with to waterproof a basement or anything else that might need to be done. THANK YOU DELL and YOUR TEAM!

Dell Phillips was very professional. He and his crew did excellent work. They were efficient and thorough. Would def recommend anyone using them. Prices were very fair and job was done with complete satisfaction.

Really good experience from start to finish. Mike was professional, explained what was necessary to repair our foundation issues including pictures of before AND after repairs. The repair guys were very professional and protected the floors and walls, and cleaned up everything after the service work was done. Would recommend highly.

Great company to work with, after having another large company out to quote the job Hitman came in at half the price and didn't hide the fees for the services they were going to provide. Great communications and the workers were very professional and cleaned up everyday before they left. Once the job was completed I requested a complete inspection and review of the work with me and they answered all my questions. Don't always go with the Big named companies, support local.

I didnt want to wait to post a review because life gets busy and then it may get forgotten! So far I have had Dell squeeze us into a busy schedule, much appreciated, and send an extensive report that included videos, photos, and explanations that helped me to have a better understanding of the situation. Quote will follow and decisions will be made, but so far I am very impressed with the professionalism and expertise he has demonstrated so far!
