C&J Well Co. Drilling, Pumps, & Service

I had a well leak. Called C&J and they were very responsive! At my home to look at and quote within a few hours. Very professional, great follow up with the quote, etc. They were able to do the work the next business day. However... Their price was over 4 times market value based on multiple other quotes; all within $50 of each other. Their quote to dig down and replace the pitless adapter connector was over $2,100. There was a $150 fee to look at (though would be applied to work if hired, and if I put their sign in yard it dropped to $75). They also required me to sign a contract just to look at it... It took 1 person and a mini excavator about an hour to complete. Service level was 5 star for C&J (so was the hired contractor I used). Pricing was not; hence 2 stars.

Worst place ever to get a well done they put the worst well in it is only 65 feet deep can't even drink the water plus no water pressure

C&J came to evaluate my well system in a home which has been vacant for 5 years. They were very professional and fully tested everything explaining every step and test. I never felt pressured or "being sold" something. The techs were knowledgeable and very polite. I am having them do additional work at my request and feel I am in very good hands with this company. I'm a new well owner and my water tested with a high level of bacteria. C&J Well Co was recommended by a plumbing company I contacted for "shock treatment". I called C&J Well to schedule the shock treatment and I also got their 6-pt inspection since the well is new to me. My service person was helpful, respectful and patient. He explained what he was doing, explained my equipment and was very respectful of my property. After the shock treatment, C&J Well Co called me to confirm my new water test results were clear of bacteria AND also emailed those results to me. I very much appreciate the good customer service I received from C&J Well Co. Service: Remedial & demolition
