I went to McGinity Motorworks to have a stage one tune on my 2013 Audi A5 and had a great experience!! Tyler I spoke with on multiple occasions and was awesome with getting everything together, sharing knowledge and viewpoints on if this was something that was worth doing, and then getting it done. Customer experience with Tyler and timeframe to get the work done was outstanding. Will definitely be going back for more add ons to my ride . Service: Auto engine tuning

Owner Tyler McGinity & his team handles 100% of the non-warranty work for our familys 3 late-model BMWs.
Over a number of years now, they have displayed Excellent maintenance, diagnostic & repair skills with an eye on cost containment.
The proprietor has a cooperative relationship with the parts and repair personnel at Dreyer& Reinhold BMW, from whom all 3 vehicles were purchased, which has been beneficial to all parties in my experiences. I cant speak to Mercedes, Audi, et al., but would imagine the same sort of relationships.
On a couple occassions with my 528i(2011, 135k miles), significant cost savings were realized via aggressively sourcing select high ticket BMW parts from a variety of non-dealer suppliers.
The team is a solid group of mechanics and technicians with excellent interpersonal skills who make the whole experience a pleasure.
Also, there is often a atypical, German hot-rod or two being worked on, as Tyler does some BMW racing/training himself and Mercedes are well represented in this group.
My father and I look forward to see what might be around on any given day and checking them out up-close.
This shop is owned and staffed by gearheads and self-described car enthusiasts. This attitude is evident in the care shown to their customers and their cars, and makes doing business here enjoyable.

My fianc took his BMW 2011 X6 in to get a oil leak fixed and told them to do whatever they needed to do if anything was wrong with it to repair all of it while they had the car he gets the car back couple weeks later he smells oil he calls to have the car checked again. He gets out there. No one comes up front hes waiting hes driving around. He wait over an hour. Still no one comes. He leaves he calls and they tell him that he should have jumped up and down or something to get somebodys attention now who does that? He made a second attempt to get the car get a check from the previous service to see if everything was OK, same problem. Their customer service is terrible !!!! they dont even deserve one star they never called to try to make it right he spent quite a bit of money with them. We are very disappointed. Service: Engine repair
