        This was my first time in a Regions Bank and a young man named Caleb helped me get a check cashed. He was polite, friendly and most importantly professional from start to finish. I have my own business which is growing fast and I will be leaving my old bank and coming to Regions to open a business account.

        Visiting the Branch has given me a totally different out look about dealing with banks PERIOD Yes nice friendly staff but im speaking on a corperate level I deposited money at this branch and the have basically taken my money and wont give me a reason or proof why Then i did my research :Banks and savings and loan institutions make millions of dollars each day by holding checks for up to two weeks before giving customers access to the money

        Regions has really gone downhill over the years. What a shame. Banks used to actually care about the people's money they had. It is clear this one doesn't seem to care so much.
