        Recently tried to go into bank for solve a problem I have been dealing with sorting out payment for a job I have previously worked The bank teller I worked with was incredibly rude with me and no patience. She also cut me off numerous times while trying to explain my situation. Before I had to chance to explain my situation she claimed the company I worked for was fraudulent, even though she had no prior knowledge of the company. I left momentarily to call my employer and when I returned she was more rude than she was prior. Ending up having to leave branch with no solution and took steps back in process. Very disappointed.

        Nice people, unhelpful bank on the whole. I have no issues with the people, as they try their best, and are quite kind. The bank system is flawed in its bureaucracy.

        I can’t say enough good things about this branch. I just moved to Carmel/Westfield and started a new job. Every single time I go in there, they are SO friendly and have made banking so easy. I recently was scammed, and they were the reason I got my money back so easily. If you are looking to change banks, this place is it!

        This bank is located in the heart of a strong business area called Carmel Indiana. They have an extremely friendly group of employees who are willing to help with anything you need regarding your banking accounts. We highly recommend this branch of the First Financial Bank. We have been customers of this Bank for several years. Actually opened our account in Rochester Indiana and moved to this branch when they closed the branch at Zionsvillr, Indiana.
