We hired Case to rip out all of our main floor flooring and replace with vinyl plank flooring. They subbed the install of the flooring to another company. The flooring is pulling apart between the planks in about 15 places. The sub company came out twice to try and pull the planks together at which time I was told this was normal (they gouged my baseboards in the process). The floor is a dark grey and it is pulling about so far you can see yellow in between the splits and the corners around the splits are starting to snag on your socks when you walk over them. I tried to work with Case but haven't heard from them since August of 2019 when the project manager texted me that he was "working on it diligently" to get another company out to look at the floor since the initial sub refused to think anything was wrong with the install. update: A warranty person from CASE actually called me after this post. They even sent one of their people out to look at the flooring. The person they'd sent stated the floor in the effected areas needs to be replaced. CASE will once again not return my calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !~

10/21/23 update: I am downgrading my review again. An improperly soldered bath connection connection opened up and flooded the ceiling under the bathroom causing the ceiling to collapse. The result of the previously mentioned poor subcontractor contractor performance. This will be expensive to fix. 9/2/23 update: I removed a star from the below 3-star review from 11 months ago. An electrician sent out to fix a warranty issue with flickering bathroom lights was unable to fix the problem in two visits. I changed the bulbs to "non-flickering" LED bulbs. This instantly fixed the problem. When I requested a reimbursement for the bulbs, I was told "unfortunately we can't reimburse you for the light bulbs, however if you would like to return the light bulbs, and have the electrician fit it, we can do that!" ... So continued poor subcontractor performance and responsiveness from the company. This was not a good experience! They are very expensive. I paid a premium price but got an economy job treatment. We were without our bathroom for THREE months. It is a small room and should have taken a few weeks. The design phase went well, and I liked the design team. Unfortunately, the execution and construction phase was a nightmare. The trim work done by the in-house carpenter was very good, but the subcontractors that they hired for the rest of the job were, in my opinion, substandard. The plumber put the cabinet drains in the wrong place and failed the code inspection twice. The electrician put in the wrong type of switches and also failed the code inspection. The drywall company left a mess and very rough finished walls. We had drywall dust everywhere in the house. The tile company worked sporadically and killed a large section of our lawn where they dumped the tile and grout wash water. The glass company had to remake a large mirror three times to get it right. Workers often showed up in unmarked vans unannounced or failed to show up when expected. Almost all the bathroom hardware was wrong, as it was either the wrong color, size, or type. This was a very agonizing experience. Service: Bathroom remodeling

Worked with Dave and Megan from Case Design in Carmel to come up with a wet bar for our basement. The entire process was amazing and I can't say enough good things about their team. Jennifer was an incredible project manager and I had regular communication during every step of the process. Services: Basement remodeling, Remodeling

Thank you to Dawn, Andy and their team! They are professional and easy to work with. Mikes job is fantastic. They are a little expensive but it will definitely be worth it.
