Used Carmel 14 years ago for financing and debt was paid. Carmel still has a lien on my property and am unable to contact anyone at Carmel to have lien removed.

If I could give no stars I would. I spoke with Sunrise who hung up on the phone and refuse to even heard what I had to say. I was not even able to get a recept of past transactions. She was not properly informed and kept giving me misinformation related to federal law. Refused to give me any kind of help and customer service

Dont know how they even got my name. This company tried to scam me out of a substantial amount of money with constant harassing phone calls and letters. I told them numerous times that they had the wrong person. After a little research, I sent them a letter instructing them to never contact me again, also known as a drop dead letter. The harassment came to an abrupt halt. Look at the federal trade commission website. Also look at Clark Howards website. You as a consumer have rights that companies like this hope you are ignorant of.
