    My daughter has been going to Tiffany for over a year. With no notice, she advised she wasnt going to be able to do her hair going forward unless she comes during school hours. It is unreasonable when you pay $600 a visit to ask my daughter to miss school. She is going to be a new mom which is so wonderful, however I didnt think staying 1 hour late 3 times a year would be asking too much at all. Tiffany does amazing work but has zero respect or appreciation for her clients. She records everything said in her salon where other stylist pay booth rental. I consider this an invasion of privacy as I saw a different stylist in her salon and shes heard everything Ive said. All of her employees just quit due to Tiffany being so difficult and unreasonable to work with. She even cut and pasted our private texts and put on social media to make me look bad. Please be careful of what you say in confidence in her salon or text, as it will be used against you. By the way my daughter is a weekly client of one of the stylist that left so it was very clear why she didnt want to do her extensions anymore. FOLLOW UP: I have stated only the facts and not a one sided version. In no way was I abusive. Thats not in my nature. We could have parted ways amicably however you chose to put our private messages on social media by cutting and pasting only mine and only certain parts thus providing no context. As a business owner this is completely unprofessional. My child had been a client for over a year. Im an extremely loyal customer and have gone to my stylist for almost 20 years. I was shocked you didnt value my daughter to work 1 hour late 3 times a year, and not hours late. I also find it extremely unprofessional that youre trying to hurt my daughter by suggesting no salon should take her. Again, this extremely unprofessional. 2nd FOLLOW UP: At 4 weeks my daughters top extension started coming out and she has sores on her head from the tension being too tight. Im not sure if this was done Intentionally or not. Either way I now dont think Tiffany is so amazing. Im having to pay to have this row re-installed.

    Where do I even begin? Tiffany is the most amazing person and hairstylist. I found Tiffany 6-7 years ago through Instagram and have gone to her since. Her talent is truly incredible - she has an eye for color, is very meticulous, and has gift for maintaining hair health. I get so many compliments on my hair from so many people because of Tiffanys beautiful work. Her salon is gorgeous and always immaculate. I receive wonderful treatment every time I am there and I am always treated with a cup of coffee or snack. It is truly a luxury experience and Tiffany has never failed to provide that. Shes not only my stylist, but has become a good friend and truly values me as a client. Tiffany is forever my lifelong stylist now and if you get the chance to go to her, you will never be able to go to anyone else again! She is truly the best!

    I have been going to Tiffany for close to five years, now. She is an amazing stylist, professional, beyond talented, and very well-educated in her field; not to mention, she is such a sweet and caring person. Her beautiful salon is so warm and inviting. Tiffany has also helped me through my recent hair challenges, provided solutions, and always made hair look wonderful. I don't even have to tell her what to do, she just knows what I need and how to make me look and feel great; plus, I always enjoy my time with her! I cannot recommend this salon, and Tiffany enough!!

    Words cant even explain how much I value Tiffany and the level of service she provides for her clients. She goes above and beyond to accommodate schedules and has been so kind to even text me after hours when I had questions about the maintenance of my hair, hair tools to purchase, etc. She also provides so much education to the general public on her social media pages to give additional educational pearls to her clients. Her skill level is unmatched. She has dedicated so much of her time to perfecting her craft and is constantly pursuing both business and educational knowledge. Her salon is in the heart of Carmel and has such a good vibe. I HIGHLY recommend Tiffany if you are looking to take your hair to the next level! - Toni Wolley

    Hi Tiffany, First, you have been aware of my hours of operation from the moment your daughter became my client. They are posted on my website and it’s a conversation that you and I have had numerous times in the past. My hours are Tuesday and Wednesday until 6pm, Fridays until 4pm and I only worked select Saturdays for new clients only. However, to accommodate your daughter, there were weekdays that I would work past my scheduled hours or would come in on Saturdays that I don’t work so that she could have an appointment. Her most recent appointment was this last Saturday. I told you when I scheduled her on this Saturday that I was willing to schedule her this day to accommodate her before the holidays. After this most recent appointment, when you texted me about rescheduling her, you asked if I could schedule her on days that would push me past my scheduled hours, or on a Saturday. I informed you that because I am expecting my first child next year that I would no longer to be able to work past my scheduled hours or come in on Saturdays to be able to accommodate my family and to be home in time to see my new baby. I told you that her hair takes me 3 hours to complete and that I would be happy to schedule her on a Tuesday or Wednesday at 3pm. I also told you that if these days/hours would not work within your schedule, I understood and would be happy to refer you to another talented salon that may work better with your schedule. I think it is very clear from all of my other reviews that I value and respect my clients to the highest regard, and I think I showed that to you by willing to stay late or come in on my days off to accommodate your daughter. However again, moving forward, once I have my baby, I am not willing to sacrifice time with my baby. And yes, it is too much to ask a new mom to do that. As far as my business practices with my “employees,” this is not something I am willing to discuss with you. You have never worked for me or been a part of my business in any capacity other than being my client, so frankly, it’s none of your business.Yes I do have cameras inside of my business. It is a part of the salons security system and my right as a business owner to protect my business and the people inside of it. The cameras are in plain sight and it is posted on both doors of the salon that there are cameras recording. All of my employees were aware of the cameras, and actually came to me on multiple occasions in appreciation of the cameras because they kept them safe. Your daughter is not my only client who sees this different stylist for different services, so your claim that I am upholding my posted scheduled hours to spite her is just blatantly untrue. My hours are my hours and while I was willing to stay late or come in on my days off for her in the past, next year when I have my first baby, it’s not something I am able to do moving forward. Simply that. I am happy to provide the screenshots of our most recent conversation. The way that you spoke to me was flat out abusive and I will let the conversation speak for itself. You said to me that me having a baby shouldn’t mean that I screw my clients and that I should be more than willing to sacrifice time with my new baby to work late and accommodate your daughters hair appointment. That because I was not willing to stay hours late, work into the evening, and sacrifice time with my new baby, that I have horrible customer service and don’t care at all about my clients. Hopefully other local business owners can see this review for themselves how you choose to speak to human beings/service providers and this review is a warning to them about the type of client that you are.Thank you for the kind words about my skill level and talent. Because I do hold my clients in high regard, I am always doing my best to ensure that I provide them with the best service possible. That is who I am. I’m shocked you don’t value me/my time with my child. Take care.
