Good quality caps that fit well and much more comfortably for those of us with large heads. Also very pleased with customer service as they sent my hats to me a second time at no additional charge to cover for an error on Canada Post's end that wasn't their responsibility. A very nice offer and indication of a reputable business that puts an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. Very pleased

Charges for shipping and you have to pay for return shipping. I lost $15 buying from them...

If you dont want to talk to your Customers then I will go somewhere else. This anti social behavior destroys business and our country. Bummer.

Wow, I can't believe how fast I recieved my hat and also how well it fits. Thank you so much Lamood for keeping my giant head warm :) I guess I should say something about it too, the fit is perfect, the quality is the highest, and the ease of ordering is ridiculous, I'll be coming back for more!
