        If I could give a negative star rating that would be more appropriate. I have never in my life been given the run around as much as I have in the past few days. If someone is having a Hardship they sure make things worse for their clients. I have spoke with "7" different agents and recieved "7" different answers. When I ask to speak to someone in the hardship department, I was told they don't talk to any clients.
