        I was in an auto accident a few weeks ago where my car ended up being totaled. This was unexpected and very stressful. Throughout this entire experience, Heather Cunningham has been such a blessing. She answered all my questions fully and patiently. I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of an insurance person. I am so thankful she was there to help me through this process.         I had a minor accident with my truck so I had to call the other parties insurance company which is progressive and they got on the ball and got me in to the body shop with a rental in just a few hours. I talked with Kirk Robinson in the claims department and he was absolutely wonderful. Im very impressed with progressive insurance.

        I opened and closed a policy within 11 days. Extremely rude team on the phone. The work to escalate the conversation only to hang up on you.
