Unprofessional! Ben Li has a home for rent which I applied for. Paid the $65.00 application fee on Tuesday 9/4. Wednesday, 9/5 I reached out to him and asked about an answer to the application and he said he needed a copy of my drivers license and my 2 recent pay stubs. I let him know I emailed they were in the email I sent previously sent to him, and he responded with “okay”. Today 9/6 I text him to ask whether I was approved or denied, and 6 hours later I still have not received a reply. Don’t know how legitimate this company is or Mr Li moreover but I can say he is very unprofessional. I would caution anyone doing business with this company!
