I'm personally in California and the property I needed help with was in Indianapolis. Scott's letter came to me by mail and it took me nearly 3 months before I even took the chance to actually call Scott and see what he was about. It was the best decision I made. I had this out of state property I needed to sell FAST. From the start, Scott was transparent and didn't overshoot on promises. Regardless, HE DELIVERED and he delivered quickly. As soon as it was listed, Scott got the property lined up with multiple viewings. Within two days (probably would have been sooner if we didn't have so appointments for a tour) I had to look at all the offers. Scott gave his input on what he thought would be the best deal for someone that was in the situation I was in with the house. He didn't go for immediately the one that would give him a better commission, but rather what I needed. It really showed Scott's compassion for client. With Scott's expertise in mind, I went with his recommendation. It took us about 3 weeks to close, probably would have been a week earlier but I had to ask for one extra week. Honestly, I can't believe it took me that long to actually pick up the phone and call Scott after receiving his letter. He was the right decision and you won't be disappointed if you choose to go with him.

Scott is a true Professional Real Estate Broker/Agent. Scott will evaluate your house listing and provide to you constant updates on your selling/showing processes. His fees are lower than anyone else but you get top listing, marketing & exposure of your home from Scott Armstrong. Trust Armstrong Brokerage, we did and are very pleased.
