Nice store clean organized and well stocked great prices, employees were friendly and helpful

Great store. Clean wide aisles and tremendous selection. If they don't have it, likely you don't really need it

Minus stars my Samsung refrigerator went on the blink so I called Appliance Pros a man named Chris called me back I explained my situation he said he could be here in about 2 hours as he was in the area, ok more like 4-5 hours later ( first red flag) he shows up older man with a cane ok he tells us the refrigerator needs a thermistor after doing a diagnostic test he needed to order the part total would 300 parts and labor this is a Friday afternoon hes on the phone ordering the part ( supposedly) tells us he needs 200 now and 100 when the job is complete the part should come in Monday if it comes sooner he will call and come by . Ok Monday comes I text and call him he says hes on his way , never shows this goes on all week we are in constant contact I call , my husband calls we text he texts back hes on his way , he had an emergency. We finally called another repair company ( lucky I have another refrigerator I transferred my food to) they fixed it was the fan motor. This man that scammed us out of 200 dollars be aware of , we are both seniors my husband a Vietnam veteran, we learned our lesson, it didnt hurt us but I want to make sure people are aware of him because to some that money he scammed could really hurt someone financially.
