      We are sorry to hear of your disappointment in our services. We would have been happy to address any concerns you had brought to us during the duration of your child’s program at Sylvan, but unfortunately these concerns have only been brought to our attention recently, after you chose to end your child’s program. We have also been clear about our payment and program policies from the beginning of our time working together, which you agreed to by signing those polices.We work diligently at Sylvan to provide opportunities for ongoing communication between families and our staff so that concerns about program progress or satisfaction can be addressed. Our goal is truly to have success with every child and we will continue to work with our enrolled families to provide that level of quality of service and care.
