Ryan Broshear and Road Warrior Tour Rentals literally saved the day and the tour for us when the transmission went out on our trusty tour van and we had to leave for a 3 week run in Ohio, Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri. They set us in a GMC Yukon XL DENALI and we made it to all of our shows safely and in style. Best Of The Best and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a touring vehicle to rent!

We used the Chevy express for our family ( Big Bev), there were 11 of us on our trip. The van was very clean and smelled great when I picked it up. Ran great and customer service was awesome.

Fantastic experience. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. We handled 99% of it with a few back-and-forth emails and texts. It was so smooth. Working with Ryan is like working with your favorite co-worker whom you can count on to get things done well. He's responsive, fast and their process was reasonable and not cumbersome at all.
I booked a Spring Break family vacation in Pensacola, then tried to get a rental. I should have done it in reverse because by the time I finished making all the plans and started looking into a vehicle EVERY rental within an hour of Indianapolis was sold out. Thankfully, Road Warrior had one available: probably the last van rental in the state of Indiana! We had 9 people and I considered an RV but, instead, I wanted something that I could still park in a parking space so that we could ride around town as needed. This vehicle (15-passenger Ford Transit) drove a lot like our family mini-van. I had zero issues with the clearance, the 83in height seems to be a common for vehicles. The van was was perfect.
The vehicle was so spotless that I was almost nervous to let my kids inside! Thankfully, nearly every inch of the floor was covered in heavy duty floor mats! It drove well and was decent on gas. We took it to Pensacola and back. They removed the last row of seats, leaving ample storage space for all our bags. The 9 of us had enough space to stretch out and be comfortable for the 12-hour drive. It was a little difficult to keep sand out of the car so I ended up running it through Crew Car wash for like $15 and it fit in their machine with enough clearance and they vacuumed everything out.
This rental and this company practically saved our family vacation. Without it, we would have had to take 2 cars and half as much gear on a 12+ hour road trip!

Ryan and the team at Road Warrior Tour Rentals make renting of a touring van easier than it should be! For the last 5 years we've rented everything from the Great White (RIP!) to Sweet Melissa. The vans are always impeccably clean and well-maintained, and pick up and drop off is quick and painless. We've had zero issues and would definitely recommend to bands and families alike!
