        I lived there for a year with no heat in my apartment. At the coldest, my apartment was 40 degrees! After my contract, I moved out. The property manager said I had one of the cleanest apartments she's seen. I get my security deposit settlement with a $108 cleaning deduction, $53 of that was for "extra cleaning". That was very disappointing. The positive side, Regina and Cody are very friendly. Cody did the best he could, and was sympathetic of my no heat.
