        Heather and Kara were very professional and pleasant. Heather stayed on top of our needs, especially on buying a new house. She put together the policy and worked with the mortgage and title companies to ensure we closed on the house on time and without issue. I have had Erie Insurance for about 25 years in PA and was pleased that Penwell manages Erie policies as well. We will transfer our auto policy over once we move to Indiana.
