Did not have the best experience when arriving to pick up our hog. We called to check and see if our meat was down and they said yes. We get there after over an hour drive and it isnt done. So instead of returning to us the $ portion back of what we arent getting they substituted with another hog that isnt ours. Pretty irritating and overall frustrating experience.

This is the second time we have used This Old Farm for our beef processing and both times we have been very happy with the process. We have a small homestead and raise our own beef. We struggled to find a processor who would take just one cow to be processed. When we finally found This Old Farm they were very kind and accommodating with processing our first cow and we knew we would be using them again for our most recent cow. The whole process is a breeze from scheduling, filling out the online cut sheet, dropping off the cow, and finally picking up the end product. Everything is package well and lasts in the freezer for a long time. I would highly recommend This Old Farm and their friendly staff to anyone looking to have their animals processed.
