It should be illegal to charge $80 for a root touch up and the color to be orange yellow and not blonde as shown. 2nd day, still no one could get the orange yellow + gray still showing uneven worse than it was on the first day. Days later had to get $127 full foil highlight and can still see the orange yellow uneven different hair colors at roots. $127 + $80 almost $220 I paid. * Would you want to pay for a root touch up that was orange and yellow? This is not good respectful customer service. The assistant manager + store manager did not refund the money nor did she act like she even cared why would she it's not her hair or her money. This is why I contacted customer service for the district leader supervisors to let them know what is going on at that store even if I don't get my money back. *TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED* This is why I called the district leaders managers. They definitely need to know what is going on at this store location even if I don't get my $80 back. It is the fact of charging a customer hair service and the color did not work at all and still see grays at root. The highlight was the ONLY thing that was good. The guy was very nice. He needs to be the store manager or district leader above the store. He was the only one that was professional and cared about how the customer feels. Hopefully noone else gets charged for a hair service that did not take. I did not pay $80 to have my hair colored "orange yellow". It was supposed to be blonde at roots. $220... 3 trips wasted time and money. The highlight was the only thing that was good. I returned everything I bought from there because of the bad experience and I will not be going back into that store I had heard bad things about it and I said they're not like that and obviously I experienced it for myself. Sad but true. Right is right.. wrong is wrong. It is wrong to charge someone almost $100 for a hair root touch up two days in a row three different people good not fixed and still the outcome is still orange yellow with gray still showing plus the highlights that I had to pay $130 plus 80 almost $220. The hairdresser lady's are nice yet the management does not care about refunding for this. Maybe the owner or district manager will?
