Awesome customer service wish we could give 10/10 stars!. We thought our septic was backed up and needed to be pumped but turns out one of our children flushed a bouncy ball down the toilet and clogged the main line. Understandably this cannot always happen but we were seen same day and fixed! With four babies its hard even going a day without toilets, showers, washing hands, etc. so we are extremely grateful for their help.

I hired SiteCo to replace my sewer lateral up to the city main due to a root blockage, and they were excellent to work with start to finish. Leighton came out quick and offered a great estimate, and worked with the city and utilities directly for permitting and marking leading up to the job. On the day of, he and another worked quickly and efficiently, including a few unexpected issues once they started digging. They had found the city main also needed repair, and worked with the city to get that extra work done at the city's expense. They are super knowledgeable about the work, and were very informative and friendly throughout the process. You don't want to have to hire someone to dig a giant hole in your yard, but they made it as painless as possible!

There needs to be a 10-star rating available for this company! Leighton told me what he was going to do and when he was going to do it and followed through on both. We have a lot on Lutheran Lake and Leighton removed a lot of cut trees, excavated, graded, spread seed/straw, put down some gravel, and provided us with a great walkway and parking area. SiteCo made our lot look better than it has EVER looked! If you need something done, almost anything, make sure you give these guys a call. You wont be sorry!
