The room was great and clean. They told us it was free bfast but when we came down in the morning, it was not free. All the amenities were closed. But hey at least the rooms did not have bed bugs or smelt like cigarettes and they let us keep our mountain bikes in the room

We booked a room that suited our needs earlier this year when purchasing concert tickets. Three days before the stay I receive an email stating they are sold out of that room type and we will be placed in a different room. I communicated that this will not meet our needs and the hotel company responded with a terse message to essentially take it or leave it. Based on this lack of service and empathy I recommend staying elsewhere when in this area.

This place is a complete dump with lousy management and owners who simply do not care. Surprised Marriott allows their name on this building. Stay elsewhere. Old property built in the 1980s without any complete renovations. They do not care about their image. See their broken down sign? How about the trash area? The building is not any better. Stay elsewhere. Walkability: Nothing within walking distance Food & drinks: Must drive to get food.

The hot tub is closed permanently. The pool was ice cold. The bistro opens only in the morning from 7-11. The simple breakfast took almost 30 min to make and we were the only ones there. No condiments provided for toast or eggs. Room was ok but showing age especially the shower. Food & drinks: Dont waste your money

The shower had mold under the faucet and soap holders. The water only gets like warm. The rooms are very poorly sound proofed and we got poor sleep due to hearing the tv in the rooms on either side of ours all night. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. There is no continental breakfast. They have a Starbucks Bistro instead. There is a limited menu and are only open from 7-11. The food is overpriced with no frills. The hot tub is closed, which was very disappointing as it was advertised as an amenity.
