        Carter's offers completely reasonable price for the work, speedy repairs, and a thorough understanding of their products and market. I should have brought my vacuum in years ago - runs like new again for SO much less than buying a new one unnecessarily. If the need arises, I'll happily come again!

      Thank you Paul for your review! We're family owned and operated, started by our parents 47 years ago. We grew up with our parents selling door to door Filter Queens and opened our store in 1976. Our Dad loved Columbus, said it reminded him of his home in Kentucky. We had rules to go by which has served us well. Don't buy nothing you can't pay for and be honest with our people even if they don't buy anything here. If anything comes up on your vacuum, we give Free Estimates too. Thank you again!!!

      Thank you Bob for your review. We don't rent shampooers due to having to service between renting. We do have them for sale. I was told yesterday from a customer who bought one, that after paying for his to be cleaned, by professionals, it was more than the shampooer. We try to have parts available, repair, service and have new vacuums, steamers, shampooers and rebuilt vacuums also.

We are trying to have parts and keep up with the supplies with so many vacuum companies that have moved out of the United States. Thankful for the ones that are here to help us to keep vacuums going or to help us to have vacuums that will be here for many years. Thanks again!!!
